All sorts of guests have chosen to hold their Wedding Day at MAYA.
One thing they all have in common is something they say to us afterwards:
"Before now we were honestly not that fixated on having a wedding ceremony. We felt that holding one would be embarrassing and thought we could do without."It may seem contradictory for us to highlight the voices of guests who had no intentions of holding a wedding ceremony. But consider the feelings behind their words. What we offer at MAYA, rather than just a wedding day, is a family day; a friends day.
The wedding day, when we gather to celebrate two people getting married, is not just a day where a new couple is revealed to the world. It is also a day for those people that have come to witness it. When we look back on each Wedding Day, we remember their experiences in a kaleidoscope of color.

MAYAで結婚の日を挙げたお客様は様々な方がいらっしゃいます。 1つだけ共通していることは、お客様が結婚の日を終えて声をかけてくださる言葉の中に感じます。 「これまで正直結婚式にそこまで執着がなく、あのいわゆる"結婚式"なプログラムも自分がやるには照れくさく、なんならやらなくてもいいくらいに思っていました」 ご結婚の日を提案していながら、結婚式を挙げるつもりがなかった方々の声を紹介するのは矛盾していると思いますが、お客様の言葉の奥にある気持ちを考えると、MAYAがご提案しているのは、結婚の日というよりも、家族の日、友人たちの日、そうとも言えるのかもしれません。 結婚する二人のために集まる日、それは二人をお披露目するだけではなく、その日に集まる方々のための日でもある。それぞれの結婚の日を振り返ってみると、そんな想いが色とりどりの光景と一緒に蘇ってきます。
